I feel like I write about the same exact thing every week in this email, so I´m going to try to change it up a little bit! This week, we had 18 lessons with a member present, and 11 with less-actives, which is about the best week numbers-wise that I have had. Not that it is all about the numbers, but having higher numbers helps one to feel better about the work, so I´m grateful that God blessed us to be able to do that this week. We are still having lots of success with the vazquez plantillas family, as they came to church again this week! 2 Sundays in a row! Only 3 more Sundays at church before we can baptize them! They really are a great family, and are a blessing from the Lord as well. I think the weather is already starting to show signs of returning to spring and summer, so I´m pretty bummed out about that, but the cold (if you can call it that) season has been great while it´s lasted!
I never really know what to write in these emails, other than the fact that I really am growing in my testimony of the truthfulness of this gospel, and that I really hope that I can somehow influence all of you to make the necessary changes in your lives to put your lives more in harmony with what the Lord wants. Or in other words, I hope I can influence everyone to repent. It might sound really harsh, but the more time that I have been on my mission, the more I have realized the beauty of the word "repentance". We often give it a negative connotation, but it is a word full of happiness, hope, and joy, and I just really want everyone to be able to personally have a witness of that.
I love you all tons!!! I say that almost every week, too, but I really mean it! I love you, and have a great week!
